Here are The Top 5 Things You Need to Know to ensure you have a fantastic experience with your kids!

STAY WITH YOUR KIDS

All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No children are permitted to roam around the event.

PARKING

There is free street parking around Gorgas Park and a free parking lot at the adjacent Roxborough High School. There’s also a SEPTA stop in front of the park. We recommend planning some extra time to arrive.

ENTRANCE

Enter the event through one of our designated entrances around the perimeter of the park—please look for the tents. We’ll provide bags for collecting eggs for everyone, but your kids are welcome to bring their own.

ACTIVITIES

Each activity has a line and a designated line entrance—please look for the signs. All activities are FREE, except for pony rides, which are $5/cash only.

The Roxborough Area Philly Egg Hunt opens at 10 AM and ends at 12 PM.

Activities will begin to close down and lines will be capped at 12 PM. We recommend arriving on time to ensure you can enjoy the activities.

HERE TO HELP

Restrooms. There are limited bathroom facilities and portable toilets available at the park, so please plan accordingly.

Lost Parents. Just in case, we have a designated area to reunite families if any parents happen to get lost. :) Please alert our volunteers immediately. We will also have first aid on site.

No food for sale. You are welcome to bring snacks with you.

Egg Hunts
For All Ages

Egg hunts start about every 10 minutes.

Every child gets to participate in an egg hunt. We have separate fields for each age group. For parents with children of different ages, you will need to accompany each child in the appropriate field.
